Another bumper book is Laurie’s ninth book in the series following his popular “tried and tested” format of romance, humour, reflection and tragedy that affect all our lives.

A celebration and demonstration of Laurie’s growing poetic attributes and prolific poem production.

Included are four themed articles and related poems that were published in his monthly column in The Sussex Newspaper AND for the very first time this latest book features eight poems with the stories behind the poems and how they came to be written.

There are also new poems about the still mischievous teddy bears “Ted and Beth” who are becoming increasingly popular alongside poems on our strange last year or so during the pandemic and the poets experiences regarding this.
